Personal Training Qualifications and Experience
I have been passionate about exercise since taking up tennis at junior school and I’ve dabbled in many sports over the years. After running a few marathons in my 20s, I started strength training and Olympic weightlifting in 2016. I became a Qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer a few years later and have also completed additional training in nutrition, resistance training for older adults and coaching Olympic weightlifting.

I work with people from their teens through to older age, supporting them to work towards a variety of goals, from building muscle, bone and joint health to preventing injuries and optimising performance in sport. My physiotherapy background enables me to support people to work round aches, pains and injuries, build confidence in the gym and improve health, fitness and performance.
