These small group workshops will give you the knowledge and skills you need to get started with strength training. They are designed to suit people who might have started strength training recently or never touched a weight before!
If you are more experienced and are looking for more advanced input, contact me and we can discuss the best way to support you in your training.

After your first workshop, you might feel confident to get started independently in a gym or at home. Or if you would like more input, there will be options of follow-on workshops, personal training and/or bespoke programming to support you on your journey.
